RESOLUTION REOUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY
IQ_CLOSE ONE EtJD OF_gPYJC~. ROAL_
~IHER[/\S" The Arden Hi lis Council considers it desirabie
to permensntly close off one end of the Snellin9 Avenue service
ro~d between Arden Place and County Road E, and
WHEREAS, said service road can be closed off by eliminating
tho entrance to such road where it now Joins County Road E, and
constructing a cul-de-sac at that end of the service road, and
WHEREAS, both the Vill~ge Council and the owners of
properties abutting the service road feel that the road as it
presently exists causes a danger to children when they cross the
service rOBd as they go to play in the recreational area west of
the service road because of poor visibili~y for both northbound
motorists and th~ children,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hil Is Council
requests Ramsey County to permanently eliminate the connection
of tl1B above described service road .ith County Road E.
