RESOLUTION NO. 71-27
BE IT RESOLVED That the Council of the Village of
Arden HI I Is authorizes the three banks listed
below to honor Its checks written with the slgna-
tures of the Mayor, Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., and
the Clerk Administrator, Lorraine Stromquist, and
without the signature of the Vi Ilage Treasurer
for the balance of the month of June, 1971.
First National Bank of St. Paul
Rosevi I Ie State Bank
First State Bank of New Brighton
I, Lorraine Stromquist, Clerk Administrator of
the Village of Arden Hills, do hereby certify
that the above Is a true and correct copy of a
Resolution passed by the Counci I of the Vi I lage
of Arden Hi lis at its meeting held this 14 day
