EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meet-
of the Village Counci I of the Vi i lage of Arden HIt'ls, Minnesota,
duly called and held at the Village Hall In said Village on
24, 1971, at 8:00 p.m.
The following members were present:
Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and
Herrick,
and the following members were absent: none.

Member Herrick introduced the fol lowing Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-24
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK ADMINISTRATOR
TO APPLY FOR CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS TO THE VILLAGE
OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE, PARK AND RECREATION
SITES.
WHEREAS, the below described lands are tax forfeited and
therefore available to the Village for certain public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is desirous
for Park and Recreation Sites, and, therefore, desires to acquire

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE
VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
I~ The Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are hereby
authorized to submit an application under Minnesota Statutes 282.01,
Sub. I, for a conveyance to the Village of Arden Hills of the
following described lands for use as parks and resreatlon sites:
Lot 10, Block 5, Arden Hi lis
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by Member Olmen, and upon a vote being held
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
All present,
and no one voted against the same.
WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hi lis, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, held on the 24th
day of May, 1971, with the original on file in my office, and the
same Is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom Insofar as
the same relates to a Resolution to acquire tax forfeited lands.
