RESOLUTION NO. 71-13
RESOLUTION
At a duly authorized meeting of the Village Council of Arden Hi lis,
Minnesota, held on Monday, March 29,1971, the following resolution
was moved and adopted:
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, construction plans for Grading and Bituminous
Surfacing Project No. County Road E - S.A.P. No. 62-615-01 C.T.B.
and Snell inq Avenue S.A.P. No. 62-676-01 C.T.B. showing proposed
alignment, profi les, grades and cross sections for the improve-
ment of a County-State Aid Highway within the limits of the
Vi I lage as a State Aid Project have been prepared and presented
to the V i I I age:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans, be in
all things approved.
