Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden HillS,
day of February, 1971 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.

resolution and IIlOved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CCfiSOLIDA'l'ED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villaqe of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on september 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
county, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1971; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and
reassessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at Which time

assessments for Consolidated Sanitary sewer I1'IIproveil\ents Nos.
12 and 13 were amended as provide(! 'by said resolution of said
date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor
of Ramsey county, on December 30, 1970: and

WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels
of property contained within said assessment roll as amended~ have
'been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold Or conveyed, be made
'by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper asses~t can be extended 'by the County Auditor
against each parcel of t>rope~ thereafter, ~eneing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THERBFOaE, the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28,
1970 and as amended as of Nove11lber 30, 1970, against the following
described properties:

The Village Cler~ Administrator of the Village of
Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy
of this resolution and to certify the same to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
