RESOLUTION
At a duly authorIzed meetIng of the Vi II age CouncIl of Arden Hi lis,
MInnesota, held on Monday, ~h: :1, 8, 1971, the following resolutIon
was moved and adopted: ~~
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, plans, dated February 8, 1971, for SnellIng Avenue,
between Arden Place and County Road F, State Aid Project No. 62-676-01 C.T.B.
showing proposed alIgnment, profIles, grades and cross sectIons for the
improvement of County-State Aid Highway ~ wIthin the lImIts of the
Vi I lage as a State Aid Project have been prepared by Ramsey County and
presented to the VIllage of Arden HIlls;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: that said plans, be In all
thIngs approved wIth the fol lowIng exceptIons:
I. The County construct a chaIn-link fence to protect the
playground area on the southeast corner of Snel lIng
and County Road E.
2. The two access drIves on the west side of Old Highway 10
at approxImately StatIon 237, be closed.
