Extract, Of ,ll1Uutes of Meet1ag of,thEl,Vlliage'cOuncil Villag, bf Arden Hills .codhty of Ramsey State of Minnesoth Pursuant to due call ana notice thereOf, a regular meet1nq of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey county, M.1nnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, M1nnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of January, 1971 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The fOllowing members were present: Meyor Crep.." Co_ncll..n Ol..n, Hollenhorat, Henderaon end Herrick and the follOWing were absent: Councilman ....rrlek introduced the follow1nq resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROV'BHENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for ConSOlidated water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of inClUding , . . . installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencJng in 1971, and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- assessments in respect to Consolidated water I1!Iprovements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assessments for Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey Count:y, on Decamber 10, 1970, and WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey count:y requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the following described properties: . Apportionment: 1) Jos€phine Lake Park/ Subj to ads The Pols S 10 Ft of Lot 4 and all of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1. $ 580.00 2) (Esmt over A for widening of Lexington Avenue. ) -0- original Assessment: A) Arden Hills No. 2 W 1/2 of Lot 8 and all of LOts 5, 6 and 7, Block 3. $1,760.00 Division No. 041311 Apportionment: 1) W 1/2 of LOt 8 and all of Lots 6 and 7, Block 3. $1,130.00 2) Lot 5, Block 3. $ 630.00 The village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of aamseycounty, Minnesota.
