EXTRACT OF l-IINIJTES OF MEETING
of the Village Council
Village of Arden H1lls
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden H~ills, Ramsey County,
z.linnesota, was duly held in the Village riall at 1450 ~~st Highway
J_anuary 1971
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the II+h day of ~-J..a7.o.,-
at 8100 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau,
Counci Imen Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Herrick
and moved its adoption:
introduced the following resolution
Rf:SOLIJTION RELATING TO
APPORTION~lENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was
filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on
OCtober 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof
to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and
~rnEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess-
ments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12
'. and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for
Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended
as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed
in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County. on December 30,

1970; and
~ffiEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a ,parcel of property con-
tained within said assessment roll as amended has been divided and
conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold ox conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment to be
collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW. THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28. 1970
and as amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following
described properties:
Original Assessment: A) BORSTAD LOT 7, Sec. 22,
T. 30, R.23
Division No. 042479
Apportionment: 1) E 500 Ft of LOt 7
2) EX E 500 Ft of LOt 7
$5,840.00
$4,320.00
$1.520.00
The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.

The motion for the addption of the foregoihg resolution was
duly seconded ~y Couhcilmah
Olmen
, and, upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said Village Council,
January 1971

on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom, insofar as the same relates to apportionment
of assessments.
