Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the

State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SpecIal
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Rills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West
Highway 96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday the 2l. day of
December
, 197-i-, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton, Olmen, Wingert, Feyereisen
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Feyereisen
introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OJ!' ASSESSMEm'S
RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY' SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota,. as follows:

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 74-38 was adopted by the City
council of the City of Arden Bills on October 28, 1974, and
WHEREAS, after its adoption it was determined that the
portion of the resolution relating to Division ,No. 48769 con-

tains errors and mathematical miscalculations:
lOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden HUle
resolves that Resolution No. 74-38 is hereby amended as follows:
1. That portion of said resolution relating to Division
No. 48769 is hereby deleted in its entirety and the City Council
does hereby make the following apportionment of assessments as
contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1970, and as
amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following described
properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman
, and upon
Winaert
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Fayerelsen, Wingert, Olman, Crichton, Crepeau
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
