Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
Sta,te of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey county,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of October
,
1974 at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Crichton, Olmen, Feyereisen, Wingert.
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOL~ON NO. 74-35
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated Water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install-
menta tl1ereof to be collected along with real est.ate taxes com-
mencing in 1969: and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property

contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property ownersJ and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, b~ made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be.collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 196E:,
against the following described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of, this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ~ayor
Crepeau, Counci Imen Crichton, Feyerelsen, Olmen and Wingert.
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
