of the City Council

State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 2.!!!:' day of Octobe r

resolution and moved its adoption:

APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED WATER

BE IT RESOLnD by the City COUllcil of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
ments Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, was filed
. and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October
28, 1970 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971: and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess-
ments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and
68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assess-
ments for Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 were
amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified
and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
on December 10, 19701 and
WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property ownerl and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by
the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28, 1970
and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the following
described properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills,
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by councilman

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Crepeau,
Counci Imen Crichton, Feverelsen, Olmen and Wingert.

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
