Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
city Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Saint Paul, ~linnesota, on Monday the 28th day of October
,
1974, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau. Councll.en
Crichton. Olmen, Feyerelsen. Wingert
and the following were absent: None

RESOLUTION NO. 74 - 33
RESOWTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
BB IT RESOLVED by the City council of the city of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1
aa last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was fil~d and
certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey county on Octo1:l~~r 5,
1973 for the purpose of including installments thereof 'to be
collected along with real estate taxes c~~encing in 1974r and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of prop9rty
. contained witbin said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners: and
.
WBBRBAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1974 and thereafter.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Bills,
does hereby make the following apportionment of original
~ssessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 6,
1973 against the following described properties:

The city Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this reso1u-
tion and to certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
