RESOLUTION NO. 74-27
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ARDEN
HILLS TO ENTER INTO A CO-OPERATIVE PURCHAS-
ING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, it Is the Intent of the Council of the City
of Arden HI Its to enter into a co-operative purchase agreement
with the State of Minnesota to purchase certain commodities at
the prices and terms as are available to the State under con-
tracts entered Into through competitive bidding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of
the City of Arden Hil Is authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Admin-
Istrator to execute the Co-operative Purchasing Agreement
between the City of Arden Hills and the State of Minnesota,
In accordance with M.S. 471.59 laws of 1969.
