RESOLUTION NO. 74-26
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPROVAL OF PERMIT
APPLICATIONS FOR GARAGE SALES AT PRIVATE
HOMES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-57 establ ishes permit
requirements for certain activities in the City of Arden HII Is,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change the per-
mit approval requirement for garage sales at private homes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
City of Arden Hills that effective August 26, 1974, permit appli-
catIons for garage sales at private homes shal I be approved by
the Pol Ice Chief and Clerk Administrator and shall not require
Council approval. Provided, however, that if the activity Is not
temporary, Council approva I sha II be requi red.

this 26th day of August, 1974.
