Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey county,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Bighway
96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday the 12
day of AUQust
1974, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, CrIchton, Feyerelsen, Olmen. WIngert
and the following were absent:
Councilman Feverelsen
introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-24
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1
as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on OCtober 5,
1973 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be

, collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19741 and

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by
Wingert
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau~ Crichton, Feyerelsen, Olmen, Wingert
and the fOJ.lowing voted against the same: '

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
