" pe.tLLUAC r~<.'f-~ 4..A.f .;.i;;. 71/ - 'V~ Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council City of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22 day of July , 1974 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Coum::llmen Ol_en, Feyereisen, CrIchton and Wingert and the following were absent: Councilman Feyerelsen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-23 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install- ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com- mencing in 1969~ and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and . conveyed by previous property owners: and WHE~S, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been diVided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the COunty Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
