Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetirtg
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnssota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Highway
96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22
day of J:uly

1974, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau,
Councl IllIen :Olmen, Feyerei:sen, Crichton and WIngert
and the following were absent: None

introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-20
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESS~lENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 68-1
as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and certified
to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969 for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along
with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
. conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assess-
ment to be collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden sills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of OCtober 6,
1969 against the following described properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Counc! IlllsnOlmen

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of meeting of said City

relates to apportionment of assessments.
