Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the city Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 WEe t Highway 96,
St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of April , 1974,
at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton, Olmen, Feyerelsen, Wingert
and the following were absent: None
Crichton
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 74-16
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPOR'l'IONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CaJSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden
Sills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install-
ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commencing in 1969: and

WHEREAS, since t.h4t date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and

conveyed by previous property owners: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained ~n said assessment roll of September 24. 1968,
against the following described properties:

The ~lerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is hereby
authorizen to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the sarne to the county Auditor of aamsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman FAYArAI~An , and, upon vote
being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Crichton, Olmen, Feyerelsen, WIngert
and the following voted against the sarne: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
