Z:I~/O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE CONSOLIDATION OJ" LOTS 1 <br />AND 2, BLOCK 3, SHADY OAKS ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M.S.A. 5462.358, Subd. 4, requires that no <br />conveyance of land be allowed to be filed or recorded if it has <br />not been first approved by the municipality in which it is <br />located and in which subdivision regulations are in force, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution (File No. 1815280) <br />adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, on November 15, 1971, the Ramsey County Auditor and <br />Register of Deeds were instructed to comply with the mandate of <br />M.S.A. 55462.351 tbrough462.364, and in particular 5462.358, <br />and the construction given those sections by the Ramsey County <br />Attorney, and accordingly are not to allow the filing or record- <br />ing of conveyances that do not comply with the subdivision regula- <br />tions of Ramsey County municipalities, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has heretofore on <br />March 27, 1967 adopted a Subdivision and Platting Ordinance <br />(Ordinance No. 98~ the most recent amendment of which--Ordinance <br />No. 175, adopted by the Arden Hills City Council on October 29, <br />1973--provides for the consolidation of two or more platted lots <br />into one or more tracts upon approval of such consolidation by <br />the Arden Hills City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provision {Section 13 (E) of <br />Ordinance No. 98, as amended) the Arden Hills City Council on <br />March 11, 1974 approved the consolidation of the following des- <br />cribed platted lots into one parcel or tract of land to be there- <br />after recognized as such by the City of Arden Hills: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Shady Oaks <br />Addition, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for Ramsey County, Minneseta, <br /> <br />. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council desires to inform <br />the offices of the Ramsey County Auditor and Register of Deeds <br />about this consolidation so that in the event the owner of the <br />consolidated parcel or tract of land in the future attempts to <br />convey any part thereof, without first obtaining approval of the <br />Arden Hills City Council as required by said Ordinance No. 98, <br />as it now exists and may hereafter be amended, such approval to <br />be appropriately indicated on the deed(s) of conveyance, such <br />offices will not allow such deed(s) of conveyance to be filed or <br />recorded, <br />
