of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday the ~day of

APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
'l'O CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was
filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on
October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof

to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971:

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re-
assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which time
assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12
and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date,
to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, on December 30, 1970: and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original

1970 and as amended as of November 30. 1970. against the following

The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The Motion fOr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of said Village Council held on the 14 day
