Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly held in the Village Hall at Thursday St. Paul, Minnesota, on ~ the -2:Lday of 1450 West Highway 96, OACAmhAr , 1973 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Crepeau, Olmen, Crichton. Herrick and the following were absent: Hollenhorst Councilman Olmen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 73-44 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was . filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19711 and . WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re- assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at Which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30, 19701 and WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner1 and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden aills. in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman C r I c hton , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Olmen, Crichton, Herrick and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . .
