RESOLUTION AP;t>EOVING 1974 FIRE :PEOTECTION
SERVICE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING EXECU-
TION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department,
Inc. has in the past provided volunteer fire protection services
for the Village of Arden Hills and has the capability to continue
the performance of such services in the future, and
WHEREAS, the present Agreement between Lake Johanna
Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. and the Village ot Arden Hills
expires at 12: on 0' clock midnight on December 31, 1973, and
WHEREAS, the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire DepartmentI
Inc. has submitted to the Council of the Village of Arden HillS,
for its approval, a Fire Protection Service Agreement for the
calendar year of 1974, .
NOW, THEREFO:RE, BE IT HEEEBY :RESOLVED by the Council ot
the Village of Arden Hills that the Fire Protectton Service Agree~
ment by and between the Village of Arden Hills and the Lake'
Johanna. Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., dated and. to be effective
as of the 1st day of January, 1974, be and it hereby is approved
in all respects, and the Mayor and Clerk~Administrator be and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the Village of Arden Hills.

ment, Inc.
