Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Bills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, was duly held in the village Hall at 1450
West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 7fi day
of November
, 1973, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Hollenhorst,Olmen,
CrIchton and Herrick
and the following were absent: Crepeau
Councilman
introduced the following

RESOLUTION NO. 7~_41
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
SANI'!2l.RY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961,
was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County
on November 17, 1961, for the purpose of including installments

thereof to be collected along with r~l estate taxes commencing

in 19621 and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments
and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 3 was held on July 16, 1962, at which time
assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 were amended as
provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed
in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 3,
19621 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been
divided and conveyed by previous property ownerSl and
WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold' or conveyed, be made
by the village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 12,
1961, and as amended as of July 16, 1962, against the following

and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Crichton

taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Hollenhorst.
Olmen. Crichton and Herrick
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully'
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of said village council held on the 26 day
of NOVAllIber , 1973, with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom, insofar as the same relates to apportionment of
assessments.
