Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Minnesota,
was duly held in the Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said
Village on Monday, the 11th day of June, 1973, at 8:00 o'clock
p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Olmen and Herrick;
and the following were absent: Councilmen Hollenhorst and Crichton
Councilman olmen introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RElATING TO
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
DECIARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Water Improvement No.
72-1 of the Village of Arden Hills, in the area described in the
legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract
price for such improvement is $ 102,700 and the other expenses
incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement
amount to $ 25,501 so that the total cost of the improvement
will be $ 128,201 and of this cost the village will pay $
as its share of the cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of
the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows:

1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed
is hereby declared to be $ 128,201
2. The Village Clerk Administrator, together with the
assistance of the Village consulting engineer and Fiscal
Consultant, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment
in her office for public inspection. The Village Clerk
Administrator may arrange for the assistance of Data Processing
of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed
assessment roll.
3. The Village Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion
of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for
their further action and for their setting of an assessment
hearing therefor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Herrick, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted aga inst the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting
Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the 11th
day of June, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
insofar as the same relates to the following improvement of
said Village: Water Improvement No. 72-1
WITNESS MY HAND as said Village Clerk Administrator and
