Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Higbway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ;;0 day of Aorll , 1973, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Crepeau, Hollenhorst, Crichton, Herrick and the following were absent: Olmen Councilman Herrick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.7~_?? RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: ~ntEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 17, 1961, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commenc:i.ng in 1962; and . WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments ~ and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 Was held on July 16, 1962, at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the Count:Y Auditor of Ramsey County on October 3, 1962: and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended. have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners: and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden HillS. in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an ~ssessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter: NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of A:;:-Clen Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original ~ssessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 12, ~ 1961, and as amended as of July 16. 1962, against the foll"" ing described properties: . , Original Assessment: A) Unplatted lands Ex E 100 Ft part of S 360 Ft . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was :1Jly seconded by Councilman I.Jnll..nhnr",+ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: HollenhorsT, Crichton, Herrick, Crepeau . and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 0,' . . .
