RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING REVENUE SHAR-
ING TRUST FUND AND DESIGNATING THE
PURPOSES FOR WHICH IT MAY BE USED
WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills is entitled to
receive such revenue sharing funds as are allocated to it
by the U.S. Department of the Treasury pursuant to the pro-
visions of the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of
1972 (Title I, Public Law 92-512), and
WHEREAS, said Act and the Regulations ad0pted pursuant
thereto (contained in 31 Code of Federal Regulations, Sub-
title B, Part 51) provide that the Village, upon receipt of
such revenue sharing funds, shall establish a trust fund and
deposit the revenue sharing funds therein, and
WHEREAS, the Village has heretofore received two checks
representing revenue sharing funds to which it has been deemed
entitled for the entitlement periods January 1, 1972 through
June 3D, 1972 and July 1, 1972 to December 31, 1972,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
Village of Arden Hills that there be and there hereby is
established a separate trust fund to be known as the "Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund" and the proper officers of the Village be
and they hereby are authorized and directed to cause said
Trust Fund to be set up on the records and ledgers of the
Village as a separate set of accounts into which there shall
be deposited all revenue sharing funds which the Village has
heretofore received or will hereafter receive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monies in said Trust Fund
be appropriated in the manner, for the purposes, within the
time, and subject to the conditions and prohibitions set forth
in and required by the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act
of 1972 and Regulations adopted pursuant thereto as now consti-
tuted or hereafter amended.
