Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West
Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the
26
day
of Februarv
, 1973 at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVElIlENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970,
was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments

in 19117 and
WHEREAS. a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess-
ments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer ImproveMents Nos.
1A! and 13 was held on Novl!llllber 30. 1970, at which tiae aSlilelil8lllents
for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were
amended as provided by said resolution of aaiddate, tobecerU"'-
fied and filed in the office of the county Auditor of Ramsey
County, on December 30. 19707 and
WHEREAS. since November 30. 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of. Ra1tlSey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE. the Village council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of Sept~er 28,
1970 and as amended as of 'November 30. 1970, against the following
described properties:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution

for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were
amended as provided by said resolution of said date. to be certi-
fied and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey
County. on December 30, 1970~ and
WHEREAS. since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
