Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

Minnesota, w;ils duly held in the village Hall at 1450 West HighWay

introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING 'l'O APPOR'1'IONMEN'l'
QI' ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING 'l'O SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMEN'l' NO. 9
BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village ~'Arden
Hills, Minne~la, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 9 as last finally adopted on OCtober 6, 1969 was filed and
certified to the county Auditor of RamSey county on NovemberS,
1969 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19707 and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners 1, and
WHEREAS, the County Aud.itor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each orJ.qinal
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of t.he Village of Arden Hills in order that
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereaft.er, commencing with an assessment t.o be
collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NCW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of OCtober 6, 1969,
against the following described property:

The motion for the ado.ption of the foregoing reso.lution was
duly seconded by
