Extract of ~inutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular lIIIiIeting- of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey ,County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the

1973" at 8;00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present;
Crepeau, Hollenhorst,Olllen, Henderson, CrIchTon
and the following were absent; None

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENr
OF ASSESSMENrS RELATING TO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT ,NO. 16

l3B IT RBSOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows;
WHBREAS~ the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 16 as last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9,
1971, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and

WHEREAS, s1nce that date a number of parcels of property con-
. tained with1n said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owner 1 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment aga1nst, each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills 1n order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commenc1ng with an assesl!llltent to be
collected 1n the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of original
assessments as contained 1n said assessment roll of November 8, 1971,
against the following described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden H111s is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by HnIIA..b~....+ , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Hollenhorst,OI..en, Headerson, Crichton

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
