Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450
West Highway 96, St. paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 29
day of Jalluary
, 1973 at 8:00 o'cloc~ P.M.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, HollenRorst, Ol.en, Henderson, Crichton
and the following were absent:
None

RESOLtl'l'ION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 and 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
..
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last fina~ly adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to thjil County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1969: and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property.
. contained within said assessment roll have been dividEld and
conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditoa:
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the village Council of the village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24,
1968, against the following described properties:

. hereby authoriZed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the county Aud1tor of Ramsey county,
Minnesota.
The mot1on for the adoption of the forego1ng resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Ho I I en bors t , and.. upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crepeau, Hollenhorst,QI.en, Hendersoll, CrlcbtoA
and the following voted aga1nst the same: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
