Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West
Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 29

, 1973 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, Hollenl1orst,O Imen, Hellderson, Crlcbton
and the following were absent: None

RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPRO\lEJJlBNTS NOS. t.2 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated Sanitary Sewer
_. Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was
filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on
October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof
to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971; and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental asselilsments and reassess-
ments in respect to Consolidated sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos.
12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at Which time assesfllllents.
for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13Jwere
amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified
and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on
December 30, 197 0; and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden HillS, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, conanencing with an assessment to be
collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28,
1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970, against the following
described properties:

The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hollenborst
, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
