RESOLUTION REQUESTING STATE OF MINNESOTA
TO RELEASE AND TRANSFER ITS RIGHTS AND
INTERESTS IN AND TO A 50 FOOT WIDE POR-
TION OF GRAY FOX ROAD TO THE VILLAGE OF
. ARDEN HILLS.

WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is the fee owner of the
North 50 feet of the 60,foot wide roadway in the Village of
Arden Hills, designated as "Gray Fox Road" which extends
from the West right-of-way line of Lexington Avenue North
to the West right-of-way line of Dunlap Street extended South,
and
WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills is desirous of having
the State of Minnesota release and convey its right to and
interests in said 50 foot wide portion of Gray Fox Road to
the Village, subject to the State:'s retention of an easement
for Ramsey County Ditch No. 12,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
Village of Arden Hills that the State of Minnesota be and it
hereby is requested to release and convey its interests in and
rights to the North 50 feet of Gray Fox Road, extending fr~
the West right-of~way line of Lexington Avenue North to the
West right-of-way line of Dunlap Street extended South, subject
to its retention of an easement for Ramsey County Ditch No. 12,
as soon as it possibly can;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and!;"Acting Clerk-
Administrator be and they hereby are authorized and directed

to cause certified copies of this ResolU~ionto be forwarded
to Mr. Gerald Geheren, Assistant Attorney ,General, Highway
Department, Highway Office Building, and to such other offices
as may be deemed necessary for.tm purpose of carrying out
the provisions hereof.
