RESOlUTtON No. 78-83
WHEREAS, ~he City of Arden Hills, by motion on
October 16, 1978, authorized the addition of Grey Fox Road,
be~ween Lexington Avenue and S.T.H. 5~ <0.6 mlies~ to the Arden
HI lis M.S.A. System, and
WHEREAS, ~he Minnesota Department of Transportation
requires that said action be formalized by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of Arden HI!ls requests that Grey Fox Road, between Lexington
Avenue and S.T.H. 51, be designated as part of the Arden Hills
M.S.A. System, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this
reso!utlon be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Transpor-
tatlon.
Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 26th day of
December, 1978.
