Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on i-ionday, the 11+11 day of
December, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.

RESOLUTION RELATING TO TIONItENT OF
ASSESSNENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
SANITARY SEWER InPROVE~mNTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of including in-
stallments thereof to be colleoted along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1971: and
NHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re-
assessments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which

duly seconded by Councilman Hanson , and upon vote being
