Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, RalllSey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Sigh~ay
96, Arden Hills, Minnesou, on Monday, the I 1+ h ' day of
December, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m,
The following1liembers were present: Henry ,J. CApe.lI, Jr.
Charle. CrIchton, Ward Hanson, James WIngert, Robert Woodbul"ft
and the following were absent: None

tion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO ~ONMENT OF
ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
HillS, MinneSota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the asses$1llent roll for Consolidated Water
Improvements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on
September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County
Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose
of including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes commencing in 1969; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided andF
conveyed by previous property owners 7 and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
. tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, collllllencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the fOllOWing apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 1968,
against the following described properties:
