Minnesota, was dulyhela in the City Ball at 1450 West Highway
96, Arderi Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the'lTh day of
December, 1918, at 1:30 o.clock p.m.

ASSESSMEN'l'S RELl\.'1'ING '1'0 WA'l'BR IMPROWMENT NO. 72-1
BE I'!' RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arc1en
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
lIBERBAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1
as last finally adop1:ed on September 6, 1973, was filed and
certified to the County AuditDr of .Ramsey County on October 5,
1913, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1974, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained wi thin said assessment roll have been di vic1ed and

conveyed by previeus property owners, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original

tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assesSlllent can be extended by the COunty Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, collllll8ncing with an assess-
ment to be collected in the year 1974 and thereafter.
NOW, 'l'HEREPORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
does hereby make the following apportionment ot oriqinal assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 6, 1973,

County, Minnesota.
The motion ~or the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman WeUlfA ' and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all
end the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
