Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting
of the city Council of the City of At-den Sills, Minnesota was
held in the City Hall in said city on Monday. the 21Th day of
Nove.be r
. 1978. at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: CouncHmen Crl cllton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were ab~ent: Mayor Crepeau
councilman Wlng.r+ intooduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
Resolution No.' 78-77
RESOLUTION ORDERING :rMPROVEMENT
NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6 PURSUANT TO PET:ITION
BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS. the City Council received a petition from all
owners of the real property consisting of approximately 30
acres located east of and adjacent to Hamline Avenue approxi-
mately 755 feet south of Amble Road for the construction of
sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, COncrete curb

and gutter, storm drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances
at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said

improvement be assessed against their property. and

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted

May 22, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City Consulting
Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was
received by the Council on 0"+,,,1>.. po In

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
property affected by said requested improvement in accordance
with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City Consulting Engineer.
3. The city Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman H"..""'n
and upon roll
call vote being taken thereon, the f9J,.lowing vqted in favor
thereof: Crichton, Hanson, Woodburn, WI~g.rt
and the following voted against:
None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
