Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City council
of the City of Arden Bills
Bamsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 13th
day of NOvember, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following uembers were present: Mayor Crepeau and

Councilmen Ranson and WOodburn; and the following were absent:
Councilmen Wingert and CriChton.
Councilman WOodburn introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:

RESOLU'rION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-4
WHEREAS, pursuanJ: to advertisement for bids for the
above improvement, according to the plans and specifications
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of
said City, said bids were received on NOvember 13, 1978, at
2:00 o'clock p.m., opened and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received com.plyinq with the advertise-
ment:

WKKD.BAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting, Inc.
of Forest Lake, Minnesota, is the lowel!lt responsible bidder at
the tabulated price of $53,751.60.
NOW, '.l'BBRBPOltB, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills; Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby autho-
rized and directed to ent:er into a contract with Forest Lake
contracting, Inc. for $53,751.60 in the name of the City of
Arden Rills for the above improvement according to the plans
and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City
COuncil and on file in the office of the City Clerk Adminis-
trator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized
and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids except the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until
contracts have been signed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Banson, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof:
All; and the following voted against the same: None; where-
upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
