Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
liinnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday thQ ;16.1'iI day of October,

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONllENT
OF ASSESSllENTS RELATING TO
SANITARY SEHER IIlPROVEl'lENT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
tlHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Se",er Improvement
No. I, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960,
was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County
on October 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
. in 19611 and
tnIEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassess-
ments and apportionments of previous assessments in respect to
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I was held on August 3, 1961, at

which time assessments for Sanitary Sevier Improvement No. 1 were
amended as provided by said resolution of said date and cert-
ified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey
Co~nty on September a, 1961; and
~rnEREAS, since that date a n~ber of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll as amended have been
divided and, conveyed by previous property owners; and
tVHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencin~ with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 9, 1960,
and as amended as of August 3, 1961, against the following des-
cribed properties,

hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
. tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
