Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, RaJIlSey county,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Biqhway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the i...iit,IldaY of October,
1978, at 1:30 o'clock p.m.

OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE1-1ENT NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVIIlD by the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12,
. 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of RamlIey
County on November 17, 1961, for the purpose of including in-
stallments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
. commencing in 1962; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassess-
ments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 was held on July 16, 1962, at

which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3
were amended as provided by said resolution of said date aD4
... certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of
Ramsey County on October 3, 1962; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll ae amended, have been
divided and conveyed by previous property' owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Audi.tor of Ramsey County requiJ:ello
that apportionment of the oriqi.,Dal asseS8llleM agaiJl&~ each
original tract where it has later been ~vided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the City Council of the City O'f Arden Hills,
in order that the proper as_snent' can be extended by the
County Auditor against each pllrcel of property thereafter,
COIlIIllencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963
and thueafter;

and as amended as of July 16, 1962, against the following

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
