" ' <br /> <br />and the following ~7ere absent: Mo.. <br /> <br />v <br /> <br />introduced the following resolU- <br /> <br />Councilman W...lnu", <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO; 7....', <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUl>ffiERED 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />BE IT :aBSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hi11s, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />NHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated water Improve- <br /> <br />ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on Septem- <br /> <br />ber 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey county on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br />taxes commencing in 1969, and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> <br />- <br />
