RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUl>ffiERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT :aBSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hi11s, Minnesota, as follows:
NHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on Septem-
ber 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of
Ramsey county on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1969, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and

tmEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
~ original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter,
commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969
and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the foll~ling apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the following described properties:
