STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION NO. 78-61 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO SECTION 10 .(11) OF THE BUILOIKGCODE WHEREAS, on September II, 1978 tile Arden Hills City Cowncl I passed Ordinance No. 205 which amended Section 10 (h) of Ordinance No. 191, the Building Code, to provide for the establishment of electrical permit fees by resolution, and WHEREAS, the Arden Hltls City Councl I desires to Imp lament said Section 10 (h) by establishing a fee schedule for electrical permits. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden HI lis City Councl I that the electrical permit fees set forth In tbe dOCUMent entitled RElectrlcal Permit Fee ScheduleR, attacbed hereto and dated as of the date hereof and made a part hereof are hereby established as the fees to be charged by tbe City of Arden Hills for the various types of work described therein from the date of passage of thIs ResolutIon uAtl I the Council's adoption of a subsequent Resolution modifying such fees or adding new OAes.
