RESOLUTION NO. 78-57~
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1978, PAYABLE IN 1979, AND AMEND-
ING THE LEVY ON 1972 IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2,
1960 AND 1961 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS,
SERIES B, C AND 0, AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION
REFUNDING BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Councl I of the City of Arden HI lis,
County of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for
levy year 1978, payable In 1979, upon the taxable property In
said C'ty of Arden Hills, for the following purposes:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1978,. payable
1979, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
1960 Sanlt.ary Sewer Improvement Bonds,
Seri~s B from $2,nOO to 0
1960 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds,
Series C from $12,300 to 0
1961 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds,
Seri~s 0 from $8,700 to 0
1972 Improvement Bonds, Series 2
from $38,800 to $14,000
1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds
from $95,800 to $35,800
Due to the fact that the funds contain sufficient revenue to pay
the 1979 t~nd InstallmenTS.
