BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City has heretofore instituted and ordered the
construction of Improvement No. W-77-5 and Improvement No.
W-78-2, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The proceedings for each of
said improvements having been effectively instituted at sub-
stantially the same dates, and the construction of both improve-
ments having been ordered in 1978, it is hereby determined that
the said improvements, although separately instituted, can be
more economically completed if combined and joined as one
project for the purpose of further proceedings. Pursuant to
the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 435.56,
the future proceedings for these separate improvements are
hereby combined, and henceforth all proceedings shall be con-
ducted in all respects as if the separate proceedings had
originally been instituted as one proceeding.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Hanson, and upon vote being

the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
