Extract of Ninutes of rIeeting
of the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Hinnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, l1innesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day
of September, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following merr~ers were present' Mayor Crepeau and
COuncilmen Hanson, Crichton and t"Joodburn; and the following
was absent: Councilman Wingert.
Councilman Hanson introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution'

RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR
IHPROVEUENT NO. ToJ-7 8- 5
HHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator of said
City, said bids were received on September 11, 1978, at 2:00
o'clock p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the
fOllowing bids were received complying with the advertisement.

ably above the estimated construction cost.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that the bids be rejected and
the project be rebid and included with bids for Combined
Improvements H-77-5 and i'i-78-2.
