Bxtract of Minutes of Meeting of city council city of A1:'den Bills Ramsey cdunty, Minnesota August 28 ,1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the City of Arden Sills, Minnesota, was held in the city Hall in said City on MOnday, the 28th day of August , 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The tollowing members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn and the fOlloWinc;j were absent: None councilman introduced the following Crichton resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 78-55 RESOLtlTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-4 PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OP AFFECTED PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City council received a petition from all owners of tbe real property for approximately 5.5 acres located east of and adjacent to Snelling Avenue, approximately 2,400 feet south of S.T.H. 96 in the City of Arden Hills re- questing that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and storm drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances at said location and ~ \ requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against their property. and . WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of tbe Council adopted May 22, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City consulting Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on Auaust 28. 1978 , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City council of tbe City of Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: 1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all property affected by said requested improvement in acoordance with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). 2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed in the report of the city consulting En9'ineer. 3. The City consulting Engineer is hereby desiqnated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The IIIOtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Win ge rt and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A II and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . ~
