Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special ..ting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on '1'hursday, the 24th day of August, 1978, at 5130 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and COuncilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and WOodburn; and the fOllowing were absent: None. COuncilman Wingert introduced and moved the adoption of the fOllowing resolution: Resolution No. 78..48 RBSOLU'lION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMEN'l' FOR BIDS ON IMPElOVEMENT NO. W..78-5 . MmRBAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on June 19, 1978, the City consulting engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Illlprovement No. W-78-S and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. 'l'HBREPORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY 'l'HB CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and. specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are bereby approved. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for Improvement No. W-78-5 shall be pub- lisbed as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, ./ ~. -' shall call for bids on the balilis of a bash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Administrator and consulting enqineer until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on september 11, 1978, at which time they will. be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and .
