A special meeting of the Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July l7, 1978,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The followinq members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, Ningert and Woodburn; and the
following were absent' None.
The City Clerk Administrator presented to the Council
the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-2
prepared by her with the assistance of the City consulting
engineer as directed by the council on July lO, 1978, and
reported that the assessment roll is now on file in her
office and open to public inspection.
Resolution No. 78-39
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSI1ENT FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2
BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills
that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement ss-W-P-77-2
now on file and open to public inspection in the office of
the City Clerk Administrator, is approved, and the Clerk
Administrator is directed to publish and mail notice that
the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on
Augus~8, 1978, at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in
the City of Arden HillS, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice
shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the
general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be
assessed, the total coat of the improvement, that the pro-
posed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk Administrator,
and that written or oral objections thereto by any property
owner will be considered. It shall be published once in the

Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
ltinnesota, hereby attest and certify that:
(1) as such officer, I have t.l1e legal custody of
the oriqinal record from which the attached
and foregoing extract was transcribed~
(2) I have carefully compared said extract with
said original record;
(3) I find said extract to be a true, correct and
complete transcript from the original minutes
of a meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the date indicated in said extract,
including any resolutions adopted at such
meeting, insofar as they relate to Improve-
ment No. SS-W-P-77-2; and
(4) said meeting was duly held, pursuant to call
