WHEREAS, the City of Arden HI lis, by Resolution No. 77-70,
approved the cl,asslHcatlon as non conservation land and the sale
of ?crcc! Ncs. 25-!5500-041~.Oa anJ 2~-IJ500-043-00; and
WHEREAS, the CounCl1 has now dstermlned that Parcel No.,
25-15500-041-00 Is needed for a CIty street, and therefore, desires
to acquire said I'and for said public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Admln-
Istr~tor are hereby authorized to submit an application, under
Mlnneso'ra (Statui-as 282.01, Sub. I, for a conveyance to the City of
Arden Hills of the following described land for use as city street
rl gh t-of-way:

Barstad Addition
